Announcing the Finalists

As the day drew to a close, anticipation filled the air as we awaited the announcement of the finalists. The judges faced a difficult decision, as all participants had put forth their best efforts. In the end, the scores were incredibly close, with just half a point separating the first and second places. The final three advancing to the next round were Dawid Stoch from Poland in third place, Jared Schmidt from Canada in second place, and Trân Gai Phát from Vietnam securing the top spot.

Celebrations and Preparations

The announcement was followed by a vibrant celebration featuring traditional Nicaraguan dancers, adding a cultural touch to the festivities. The top three competitors were then given the opportunity to explore a mini farmer’s market, selecting fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and flowers to inspire their next creations. These ingredients will be the foundation for the innovative cocktails they will craft the following day at Isletas in Granada.

The dedication to sustainability demonstrated by these talented bartenders was truly inspiring. Their commitment to eco-friendly practices serves as a model for the global bar community, highlighting the potential for positive change in the industry. As we look forward to the final day of the challenge, the excitement continues to build for what promises to be a spectacular conclusion to this remarkable event.
